Serie TSI/TSX - Twin spindle milling heads

The heads serial TSI and TSX with parallel or convergent spindles are suitable to mill and to chamfer teeth. Particular care has been drawn on scating and on disposal of the spindles bearing, because tools in hard metal are used to chamfer all gear teeth and they have to stand continuos strong crashes. The result has been a solid construction of good look and with reduced overall dimension. The body is in light alloy, the spindle supports in cast iron and the gear in heat treated steel.

The spindles may turn in the same direction or in apposite direction and the rotation of both spindles is achieved thanks to a single act. The tool connection may be cylindric or with spring collets. The lubrificant is obtained by long life grease. The production of our twin milling heads has been possible thanks to the experience acquired in multispindle head construction, to the acquaintance of manufacturing process and to the skill, whick allows us to advise qualified and reliable product for every particular need.
